We live within walking distance from this shop and come often. They are very friendly and their donuts are consistently delicious. They are kind to my young daughter and she especially likes their colorful iced donuts.
My usual donut place has gone downhill and I have been looking for a new place for my rare treat and Donut Crown more than delivered! It is out of the way for me, but definitely worth the drive. The cake donuts are fluffy and moist with the just the right amount of sweetness. The shop itself and the owner are absolutely lovely. Thank you for making a special Christmas treat a huge success!

It was the first time I went and it was so clean smelt of coffee. It was very pleasant and I would recommend it to everyone. Stop by and get you some donuts or croissants and coffee. The service was great.

Stopped in for a quick donut and kolache. Everything was tasty, fresh, and fairly priced. The service was fast and friendly, and we were able to sit down in the shop for our meal. Good ambiance, with the feeling of an old school donut shop. Would recommend!
Solid donuts! Solid kolaches! Coffee is just coffee from a pot, but that's okay because it's not truly what I'm here for. I got a small sausage kolache, a small croissant sausage kolache, and a glazed donut. Loved everything! I would definitely come back again. The sausage was tasty in the kolaches, and all of the dough tasted fresh. No pics because I ate everything in the way to the airport.
We have been patronizing DC for quite sometime and have found it to be the best most consistent quality in the neighborhood. Always great and fresh- delicious doughnuts and kolaches.
Small and perfect! You can get in and out of it quickly. They don't have so many that you feel overwhelmed, which is awesome. They also have kolaches and pig in a blankets. I also think I saw some sausage wraps, but I was so focused on the doughnuts, I really couldn't tell ya. They have all the basics and at a reasonable price. Service is great and quick. Stop in, you won't be disappointed. They open at 5 AM!!! So, they'll be open when you need a sweet breakfast!
Coming from Houston, I've been a shipley's devotee, but I find the austin franchises' quality to be inconsistent. Enter Donut crown....one of the the best glazed donuts I've ever had. Their sausage kolache is also soft and fresh every time I've had it. Open at 5a daily, this place is tops here in Austin!
